Terms of Service

By using the AI Mom service (“Service”), you agree to the following terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Service.

1. Service Description

AI Mom is an automated reminder system that converts text messages you send into scheduled voice reminder calls. There is no mobile app. All interactions occur through SMS and automated calls to your provided phone number.

2. User Consent

You must explicitly opt in before receiving any reminder calls. Opt-in occurs by replying YES to our initial consent request message.

You may opt out at any time by texting STOP.

3. Appropriate Use

You agree not to use AI Mom for:

• Illegal activities
• Harassment or abusive messaging
• Sending reminders to phone numbers you do not own or control

4. No Emergency Use

AI Mom is not an emergency or life-critical service. Do not use it as a substitute for emergency notifications or urgent medical alerts.

5. Message & Call Charges

Your carrier may charge standard SMS or voice rates. AI Mom does not charge fees for using the basic reminder service during the MVP phase.

6. Accuracy of Reminder Scheduling & User Responsibility

AI Mom interprets the text messages you send using automated systems to extract reminder times and dates. While we aim for high accuracy, your reminder may occasionally be entered into the system under an incorrect time or date due to formatting, ambiguity, or misinterpretation of your message.

It is the user's responsibility to review the reminder dashboard to confirm that each reminder has been scheduled correctly.

By using the service, you agree that:

• You will check your dashboard after submitting new reminders
• You will verify that the reminder time and date are accurate
• You will correct any errors or resubmit reminders if needed

AI Mom is not liable for missed reminders, incorrect reminder times, incorrect interpretation of your message, or any consequences resulting from a reminder being scheduled incorrectly.

7. Service Availability

We aim for high reliability, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Scheduled reminders may occasionally fail to send or be delayed due to carrier or technical issues.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

AI Mom is provided “as is.” We are not responsible for damages, losses, delays, or missed reminders. Your use of the service indicates your acceptance of all associated risks.

10. Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
