AI Mom is a text-based reminder service — there is no app to download. You simply send a text message to (855) 780-4070 describing what you want to remember and when.
Example:
“Remind me at 4pm to take my medication.”
At the designated time, AI Mom places a short automated voice call to your phone with the reminder you requested.
When a user texts AI Mom for the first time, they automatically receive an opt-in confirmation message. This message explains what AI Mom does and includes a request to confirm consent before any reminders can be delivered.
The opt-in text contains the following language:
“Reply YES to receive automated voice reminder calls from AI Mom based on the reminders you text to us. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time.”
No calls or reminders are sent until the user replies YES to confirm their opt-in.
If at any time a user texts HELP to AI Mom, they immediately receive a message providing:
The HELP response text includes the following:
“AI Mom is an automated voice reminder service. Text your reminder and we’ll call you at the right time. Reply STOP to unsubscribe. For help, email support@aimom.app or visit aimom.app.”
AI Mom never sends marketing messages or promotions — only the reminders you request.
Your phone number is used strictly to send you the reminders you request. AI Mom does not share, sell, or use your number for marketing purposes.
